Shipping

We only ship the the billing address of your credit card. That is true not only for internet orders but phone orders as well. This is done to protect both our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud. If you would like to place an order to be shipped to a different address the easy way to do it is by ordering through the Shop H-D.com link to the left. The only other options are to mail a bank issued certified check to us with the order and shipping address or place your order with a Master Card, Visa or American Express gift card. If you use a gift card please inform us on the order it is a gift card.

Domestic Shipping *
We ship all domestic orders via FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. We do offer expedited shipping at the customers request and expense. Requests for expedited shipping must be made by calling 888-338-6868 and asking for Internet Sales.

International Shipping
International shipping is done via BAX Global, DHL or FedEx whichever is more cost effective to your country. We no longer ship international orders via the Postal Service.

We are not responsible for providing you with the cost of any customs fees, duties, brokerage fee, or any other costs related to you getting your product beyond the initial base shipment amount. Please research your countries specific regulations and take these costs into consideration when ordering. We cannot and will not mark invoices with any value other than the actual value of the merchandise or label boxes as "gift", "used parts" or "warranty parts" to help you avoid paying customs fees taxes or duties you will owe, please do not ask us to.

If you refuse a shipment due to additional charges levied by your country as a result of you importing parts you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and your order will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the retail price of your entire order. Your account with our company will also be suspended.

* If you are a P.O. Box customer we do not ship general non-military (APO/FPO) internet orders through the Post Office. If you would like to place an order you will need to have a physical address set up as an alternate shipping address on the credit card you wish to use. You will need to contact your credit card company in advance to do so.

* If you are an APO/FPO customer, we do ship APO/FPO orders through the Post Office as a courtesy to our Military customers. Please bear in mind we do not get to the post office as often as we would like so your order may take some time to get.

Returns

All returns/exchanges are subject to our Returns and Exchanges Policy. Return/exchange requests should be made by calling 888-338-6868 and asking for the internet department. All instructions for the process are included in the policy itself.

PLEASE NOTE
We cannot accept any returns on any helmet for any reason. Please make sure you have the correct size before you order.
